Spin Spin Spin...


Spinning rocks! Have you ever taken a Spinning class? If not, we highly recommend immersing yourself into an hour of rhythmic pedaling. The sweat will pour. Your heart will pump to your maximum benefit. Your legs will dig deep into their muscles for that extra push up the last hill climb. You will leave feeling euphoric.

Each cyclist sets their own goal heart rate for each session. We recommend using a heart rate monitor or you can do it the old fashioned way with your hand. The instructor will let you know during class at what level of exertion you should be at. Make sure you talk to the instructor before your first class for guidance in setting your individual seat and handle bar levels. Having the right seat and bar levels can prevent injury plus you will be so much more comfortable which will allow you to fully focus on good form.
